Blue jumper success and puppies

Here we are on day 2 after coming home from the vetinary hospital as she had to have a Caesarian section: instead of 6 average sized puppies my darling managed to grow just three mega- sized puppies but then one got stuck on the way out!
Naturally it had to be the largest little lady who had to come out first and block the way for the lads!
Mum and brood are doing really well now but there have been quite a few scary- and HOW!- moments on the way but even saying that it's all been UTTERLY MAGICAL!!!

I could- and have been- watch them all day long and not be bored for a second! In the above Lucy and Jack junior are suckling and Tom- the babiest of the three- is having a cuddle under mum's paws.

They are just a dayand a half or so old here as they were born on 28 February at about 4pm.
Lucy and Jack Jnr are sleeping blissfully- can you tell which is which?

Here's Little Tom finally having a good suckle- with a little help from me to get him latched on- never thought all those breastfeeding sessions for my own babies would come in so very handy so soon...

And finally, here's my friends little toddler - on the left- with the blue jumper I crocheted for him!
